We make all efforts possible to verify your insurance and benefits before your appointment. Sometimes, your insurance will pay differently than expected after the claim has been submitted. If this happens, we will contact you for any remaining balance. While we strive for the best estimate, please know it is also your responsibility to know your plan benefits.
