Thank you for continuing to place your trust in WomenCare for your healthcare needs. We are happy to announce that we will begin seeing patients in the office for appointments starting May 1st.
To continue with Social Distancing recommendations, we have made a few adjustments to our check-in procedures. When you arrive, please knock on the office door and you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members. You will then be asked to answer three simple questions and your temperature will be taken. We will collect any copay for the visit and you will be asked to wait in your vehicle. As soon as an exam room is ready, you will be called on your cell phone to come back in.
At this time, we are also still offering Telehealth appointments in some circumstances for high risk individuals.
If you need to schedule an appointment, whether in-office or via Telehealth, you can schedule online through the Patient Portal or by calling the office at 407-898-1500.
Please stay safe and take care,
Dr. Brenda Barry and Staff

We hope you are doing well!
We are here for you! Regardless of what is happening around you, it’s vital to take care of your health. This is why we’re now offering TeleHealth appointments alongside our usual communication options.
Get the care you deserve all within the comforts of your own home. Your Telehealth appointment is a video call that provides you the opportunity to talk with your provider of choice, ensuring continuity of care.
Scheduling your TeleHealth appointment can be done either by calling the office at (407) 898-1500 or scheduling an appointment via the Patient Portal.
In addition to TeleHealth appointments, our phones are continuing to function during normal business hours:
Mon – Thu: 8am – 5pm
Fri: 8am – 1pm
Note: You can also reach us after hours if you have an urgent matter.
Messaging through the Patient Portal
Finally, you may also send a secure, non-emergency message through the Patient Portal and we will answer questions as soon as possible.
How will I know I successfully scheduled my TeleHealth appointment?
Once you’ve scheduled your TeleHealth appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will show you the date and time of your appointment, as well as instructions on how to download the MyWomanCare app by Qure4U (which is required to do your TeleHealth appointment).
What do I need for my TeleHealth appointment?
To be able to successfully talk with your provider, you’ll need to download the MyWomanCare app on your smartphone or tablet. The link to download the app will be included in your confirmation email. You will also need to update your information, pay any copay, and sign consent forms.
Please make sure you are on time for your appointment.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling (407) 898-1500 or sending us a message via the Patient Portal.
