Check-In Procedures

When arriving for your appointment, please park and remain in your car. You will receive a text from the office 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This text will contain a link to click when you arrive so we know you are here. This will alert our check-in desk and you will receive another message when we are ready to welcome you into the office.

Office Procedures

  • Every person entering the building, whether patient or staff, must wear a face covering
  • A verbal screening will be conducted on all persons prior to entering the building
  • Every exam room is thoroughly cleaned in between patients

TeleHealth (Virtual) Appointments

TeleHealth appointments are still available for specific appointment types. Due to the nature of most gynecological visits, many appointments must be conducted in the office.

Currently, TeleHeath appointments are available for discussion of test results and medication checks. Please call the office for more information at 407-898-1500.

Get the care you deserve all within the comforts of your own home. Your Telehealth appointment is a video call that provides you the opportunity to talk with your provider of choice, ensuring continuity of care.

Phone Service

In addition to TeleHealth appointments, our phones are continuing to function during normal business hours:

Mon – Thu: 8am – 5pm
Fri: 8am – 1pm

Note: You can also reach us after hours if you have an urgent matter.

How will I know I successfully scheduled my TeleHealth appointment?

Once you’ve scheduled your TeleHealth appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will show you the date and time of your appointment, as well as instructions on how to download the MyWomanCare app by Qure4U (which is required to do your TeleHealth appointment).

What do I need for my TeleHealth appointment?

To be able to successfully talk with your provider, you’ll need to download the WomenCare of Baldwin Park app on your smartphone or tablet. The link to download the app will be included in your confirmation email. You will also need to update your information, pay any copay, and sign consent forms.

Please make sure you are on time for your appointment.
